Dr. Kristy Tyson, acclaimed author of "YOUR CALL: Critical Thinking for Decision Makers," is the Owner and Chief Talent Development Coach at Lifement LLC. With a focus on emerging leaders and organizations, Dr. Tyson delivers personalized coaching tailored to individual and group needs. Beyond her coaching endeavors, Dr. Tyson is deeply committed to promoting equity and inclusion, grounding her teachings in practical, real-world applications. She shares her expertise as an Instructor at Bryant and Stratton College and Buffalo State University, adeptly facilitates Racial Healing Circles, and holds the role of Director of Diversity Education at The National Federation for Just Communities of Western New York.

Dr. Tyson holds a Doctoral Management degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, she serves as the President-Elect of the Buffalo Niagara Chapter Association for Talent Development. She holds esteemed positions as President of the Rhetorical Roar Toastmasters Club and Area 12 Director.
