Terry is an experienced healthcare leader, executive coach & team facilitator. Terry utilizes Appreciative Inquiry and Creativity based research as the basis for Strategic Planning work. Terry has provided executive coaching and organizational development experiences to healthcare faculty & leaders serving at multiple Medical Centers on the East Coast. Focusing on values clarification and vision exploration, Terry assists individuals in creating alignment of their own professional goals with the organizational mission and strategic initiatives. She holds a Master of Science degree in Leadership & Innovation and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, both from Daemen University, Amherst, NY, where she currently serves as an adjunct professor facilitating graduate-level coursework focused on Transformational Leadership and Organizational Change.
