Marysia combines a deep understanding of how businesses work with strong facilitating, coaching, design, and development skills. Her 32 years of experience, combined with an energetic, empathetic, and insightful approach, resonates with senior-level leaders in performance-driven corporations to revitalize creativity, collaboration, business agility, and leadership insight to impact talent acceleration and innovation dramatically. Her work incorporates Agile, Design Thinking, Creative Problem-Solving methodologies, and Polarity Management. She is the CEO of Ignition Creativity, a global firm that has helped its clients be innovation-ready over the last 20 years with an agile workforce that can seize opportunities, solve complex challenges and embrace and lead change.

Marysia has a Master of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership from the State University of New York (SUNY). Her undergraduate degree is from Ivey Business School in London, Canada. She worked corporately in marketing at Purina and Cadbury’s before joining the operations team in a fast-growing start-up. She received a diploma in French from the Sorbonne in Paris and subsequently led biking and hiking tours across France for two summers. Marysia has honed her respect for competition, high performance, and teamwork from years of being a hockey goaltender, competing in triathlons, and leading fitness and spinning classes. Her keynote, The Corporate Athlete, highlights her insights into sport and fitness for a competitive, fast-paced corporate environment. Marysia is engaged in generating a vibrant and inclusive community and city by both volunteering and donating to humanitarian NGOs. She has designed and facilitated programs for community leaders with the United Way and the World Health Organization initiative for healthy aging. She is at Ivey Business School as a Coach for students in the undergraduate business program (HBA) New Venture Project course. She lives in Toronto with her wife, son and many animals.
