Lindsey Coit is a leadership coach, facilitator, and experience designer. She has spent her career working alongside CEOs, CHROs, and CIOs leading strategic partnerships, building, and motivating high-performing teams and developing strategies to solve today’s most pressing organizational challenges, including the transition to remote / hybrid work, preventing workplace burnout and improving organizational resilience. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College and Master's Degree in Publicg Health from Columbia University. She is Predictive Index Talent Optimization Certified.
