Kim is an international marketing leader, facilitator, and presenter. She left a career as a marketing executive at a 3 billion company to found her business, Inspired Outcomes Now, to help organizations be more positive, creative, and strategic. Over 125 organizations and individuals have leveraged her A Nu Way™ Branding and Co-Creating the Future processes to stand apart and design their desired future. With an MBA from SUNY at Buffalo, an MS in Creative Problem Solving from the Center for Applied Imagination, and a certification as a facilitator in Appreciative Inquiry, Kim has presented on Positive Creativity to the Creative Problem Solving Institute (USA), CREA (Italy), and Shift/co Symposium (Mexico). Kim is a mentor with Shift/Co and Collective Brains and works with conscious businesses around the globe.
