Dr. Buschman specializes in creative leadership for innovation and change, generational diversity, and strength-based employee coaching. During his corporate leadership career, Dr. Buschman actively shaped quality and assurance standards for the digital arts and publishing industry culminating in his appointment to two American National Standards Institute (ANSI) global standards committees. He has received multiple national and global awards for process innovation and business growth and in 2023, he was awarded the Distinguish Alumni Award by his alma mater. He loves to travel and spend time with his wife of 32 years, their four children and three grandchildren.

He is currently a professor in charge of digital marketing, creativity, and innovation leadership at St. Petersburg College.
