2024 might be my 11th year attending CPSI!

After years of happily taking in all the CPSI goodness, I became a CPSI conference presenter: Navigating Change in 2021 and Connecting the Dots (to make learning stick) in 2022, Warm CPSI Welcome facilitator and Youthwise Six Thinking Hats presenter in 2023. This year, I am bringing theater education into the mix to create human connections quickly and inspire people to use these helpful ensemble-building tools when they return to the real world.

When I am not at CPSI, I help leaders transform their meetings so that the creative genius of the group is fully engaged. We attend way too many meetings, so it is key that we move past tolerating them, and focus on transforming them. Every session I design must be practical, relevant and engaging....otherwise, why do it?!

My goal is always to have people thinking differently as they leave, fired up to Do Something with what they've learned. (Bet you can guess my FourSight Profile!)
