Ardjan Robbe Groskamp is a passionate practitioner of creative thinking and doing based in the Netherlands. Creativity is and has always been his driving force. Ardjan has an educational background in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, neuro linguistic programming and copywriting. His fascination for the nature of creativity led him to the Master of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership program. He is a creativity trainer, speaker and facilitator. In his role as Senior Account Manager new business he develops business opportunities internationally. Content creation and voice-acting is what he does for his own agency called BigBangg. Ardjan is passionate about the creative mindset, innovation, working out, traveling and enjoying new experiences. His mission is to create value for the professional creative community and workforce worldwide.  Ardjan will present the results of his master’s project Thriving in the Contemporary Businessworld: How to Empower Employees with the Creative Mindset, Skillset and Toolset.
