Creativity thrives with a multidimensional approach. This Immersion experience will explore various facets leading to enhanced creativity.

Day 3:
Positive Creativity: Combining Appreciative Inquiry and the Science of Creativity for Change Management
Using Creative Problem Solving (CPS) can open up new possibilities in organizations experiencing rapid transformation, but focusing on problems can drain team energy and fail to produce long-term change. This immersive session helps you master practical ways to deliver more team engagement and better outcomes using Appreciative Inquiry (AI). Appreciative Inquiry uses meaningful questions and focuses on strengths and successes to help teams co-create the future they seek. This interactive session is designed to provide proven concepts and tools to use a powerful combination of AI and CPS in your organization to achieve immediate benefits. While working on a topic your organization is facing regarding organizational change, you learn how to open up new thinking and achieve buy-in from your team during challenging times. You will see the power of asking unconditionally positive questions in action and how to design facilitations that leverage CPS tools with the AI methodology. From core concepts to practical tips to real-world examples, your learning is actionable to help you use Positive Creativity to find new possibilities that deliver better outcomes.

Key Takeaways:
  • Learn proven core concepts, practical tips, and best practices for implementing a powerful combination of AI and CPS with your team is experiencing disruptive change
  • Use practical examples and case studies to deepen your understanding
