Aliona has more than 12 years of experience in the area of corporate social responsibility, ESG and strategic marketing.

She has been recognized as an International Fellow from the Creative Education Foundation and has been trained up to level 3 of the CPSI Creative Problem Solving Institute.

With studies in Sustainable leadership, Emotional Ecology and International Marketing, Aliona is the founder of Almatryoshka initiative and CEO of Creativnest.
