What feelings, thoughts, and emotions are raised when we consider making ourselves vulnerable? Are we potentially missing out when we sidestep these vulnerability opportunities? Vulnerability is scary. We often frame it negatively with words like exposure, weakness, and threat. Why then are we drawn to vulnerability in others but dis-interested when we consider it for ourselves? Let’s approach vulnerability as a strength, push our boundaries through creative experiments, and ultimately re-shape our relationship with vulnerability. This workshop is an opportunity to explore your creative vulnerability and step into action with your own creative vulnerability experiment.
